Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below. Please note: Items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition may not be accepted for return.

RADON TESTS:
All Radon Test sales are final. Due to quality control measures, these items cannot be returned.

OTHER PRODUCTS:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

CONDITION:
Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Instructions:
If your return meets the above requirements of our return policy, the following steps should be taken.

1.  Login or create a customer account on RADON.com. This appears on the upper right-hand side of website.
2.  Select "My Account"
3.  Select "New Return"
4.  Complete and submit the return form (Note - once done, you will receive an email from us notifying you that we are aware of your return request.)
5.  You'll receive an acknowledgement email shortly afterwards.
6.  Go back to "My Account" and retrieve your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - you'll reference this on the label of your return package
7.  Carefully package the item to prevent damage in transit and ship it to:

If your return meets our policy requirements, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Should your request not meet the policy requirements, you'll be notified by email.
